RV Park Campground

Bruce spruce ranch offers 30 beautiful RV sites in our campground. Over half the sites are nestled in the trees.
All sites have full hook ups, including:
- Water
- 30 amp electricity
- Use only one air conditioner, NEVER two.
- Only use one appliance at a time which would include the air conditioner.
- Sewer
Available for guests:
- Hot showers
- Laundry
- Horseshoe pits
- Check out all the Ranch Grounds and Facilities have to offer
RV Park Pricing:

| Month | $746 | Plus electricity (metered). Rate based on 2 people, RV, and tow vehicle.* $3.75 per night for each extra person over the age of 6. To receive the monthly rate the RV must be on site for the full 30 days. |
*ADDITIONAL PARKING: $5/day for any extra vehicle (including trailers hauling boats, RTVs/ATVs, etc.). Due to limited availability you must check with the office in advance to ensure there is room for extra vehicle.
Policies:
- Check-in Time: between 1:00 pm – 6:00 pm
- If you arrive in the area early, please call 970-264-5374 to see if your site is ready. RVs must arrive no later than 6:00 pm.
- Check-out Time: by 11:00 am
- 5% cash discount (includes checks and travelers checks)
- Taxes not included in price
- Reservations require a deposit of 1/3 of total cost or no less than 1 night’s rent to be paid when a reservation is made. Upon arrival, guests are responsible for the total payment of all reserved nights.
- Cancellations: If a cancellation is made at least 60 days before reservation, your deposit will be refunded less a $20 handling fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days before a reservation, the deposit will not be refunded.
- Maximum of 6 people per site.
